First time home buyer? Here's what you need to know!

Let's face it, the home buying process can be overwhelming.  For first timers, the home buying process can be especially intimidating.  

The good news is that Idaho Housing and Financing Association has a wonderful educational program for first time home buyers.  Finally Home! is an outstanding program offered all around the state, and also online in both English and Spanish.

The next class in Coeur d'Alene is scheduled on March 22nd from 5:15 - 9:45.  The cost is $10 and worth every penny many times over.  

Finally Home! will take you through the home-buying process step-by-step. After completing the program, you may be eligible for some fantastic incentives like down payment and closing cost assistance, programs that accept higher debt ratios, lower mortgage insurance premiums, and the ability to use "gifted funds" at closing.
