The Beverly Hills, CA 90210 Single-Family Market Report is published!

As the nominees of the 89th Academy Awards are getting ready to dress their best for the  Awards Ceremony, I thought I would publish the Beverly Hills, CA 90210 Single Family Market Report, so they could start thinking what it will cost to for them to invest in their dream home.

So, let me dive right in, this week the median list price for Beverly Hills, CA 90210 is $5,995,0000.00! This is very similar to last month’s Statistics.

So, most people I run into have a simple question: “How’s the Market?” I have learned not to give them my usual fifty question which area, what price range? Are you asking about the Ultra Luxury Market or the Luxury Market? Or just the Single-Family homes in Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Most times they really are asking for this particular zip code and the real question is: is it a buyer’s or a seller’s market.  

There is a slight buyer’s advantage right now, keeping in mind that there has been an increase in home sales compared to new inventory for the past few weeks, hence as thee supply and demand trends continue the market is not that far away and will move into a seller’s Market again. This in turn will translate to an upward pressure on pricing.

The current Average Days on Market (DOM) is 155

The most expensive home in 90210 is listed at $39,999,000.00 & conversely the least expensive home is listed at $899,000.00!


There are currently 150 listings for sale, all Single-Family homes in the 90210-zip code of Beverly Hills, CA in between the above price ranges I just mentioned. Hence as you can see there are enough choices for the more serious buyers to find their home in Beverly Hills, CA.

From someone who sells in a luxury market, I have to say the Beverly Hills prices eclipses them all.  But what you get for that - incredible weather and a front seat to the Oscars!
