Duvall Court is a wonderful little community in Kennesaw off Old Highway 41 between downtown Kennesaw and downtown Acworth. It is a one mile walk to Swift Cantrell Park, with great restaurants in both directions out of the neighborhood, easy access to the expressway and to Highway 41. There is a nature trail halfway down in the neighborhood, where plenty of deer hang out. The houses all have masters on the main, and while some are ranches, others have a spacious bedroom, bath and loft upstairs (the loft is large enough to fit my pool table). Homeowners pay a small monthly fee (currently $85) and the homeowner association takes care of the mowing of the lawns, front and back. Currently there is a home for sale at 3403 Hampreston Way NW, on a premium lot halfway down the main street, a three bedroom, three bath home on a private lot with a screened porch and fenced patio.
