I am looking for suggestion and ideas to help generate more leads from our internet website. We currently have an outside company managing our site and we do come up in the Top 10 when searching for Real Estate in our area. Visitors do not have to sign in to access our site, but if they want to search the MLS from our site, they must register to do so. We get notified by e-mail when a new user registers and we are working on how to manage those prospects. But I do not think we are getting near the traffic we should be. I recently attended the Keller Williams Family Reunion and heard agents saying they get 5-10 new leads everyday. So for those of you who do have your own website and are receiving a lot of leads from it, can you share some ideas on what works and what doesn't.
