AMAZON
What is life without Amazon nowadays. There is an ease to purchase that gives me confidence to make both small and large purchases on their site. Whether I am buying household supplies, large home electronics, or large appliances, I feel comfortable that they will all be delivered without much hassle. Amazon has a top of mind position now, that if I want to buy something I will look there first to see if its a good price and if it is and saves me a trip to the store, then I will make the purchase. And the few times I have had problems or damaged products once delivered, customer service was friendly and easy to use.
SONOS
I was circling purchasing SONOS speakers for a long time, probably what stopped me was that you can find cheaper alternatives, but now that I'm an owner I couldn't be happier with the purchases. A theme for why I like something is ease of use. Sonos definitely delivers on that front, connectivity and ease of use on multiple devices was very seammless. The quality of the product has been above my expectations and I find a lot of value in their product.
NETFLIX
I get tremendous value and satisfaction out of Netflix, whether I'm streaming or getting the actual DVDs delivered, Yes that is still an option. I feel that subscritption based services can get you to sign on
and then you barely use it. I'm a pretty active Netflix subscriber and one of the reasons is ease of use, a theme of mine between different brands. Getting onto Netflix from multiple deviced, your phone, smart tv or ipad is very easy. I can find programs I've watched or want to keep watching in a matter of seconds. There seems to be a lot of competition for this market now, whether its Amazon, Hulu, but its going to take a lot for me to jump ship to a different service.
Why do I Trust These Brands?
They Deliver their product Quickly and without Complication. Doesn't matter what I'm buying on Amazon, I feel confident its going to show up fast and without complications. There are cheaper options than Sonos, but I'm convinced they have a quality product and they make it very easy to use their product. Netflix, again easy to use, they deliver on their promise and I feel I receive excellent value, its worth the monthly subscription.
How does this relate to my real estate brand?
Now that we are talking about real estate purchases, how does this translate from Amazon, SONOS, and Netflix. I think people like Amazon because of all of the reviews, they can feel comfortable with their purchase without seeing the product because they have read dozens of reviews both good and bad. With real estate, you are still probably going to want to look at the property in person, making a site unseen purchase is fairly rare, but deciding on which agent to work with, I believe that lots of people are doing through their online due diligence. The more online materials we can provide, whether its testimonials, or properties we have sold, it helps further separate our experiences from our competition.
