With so many hats to wear and activities to be done; it is difficult to write which is the best part.
It seems we go from the receptionist to make the appointment that allows us the opportunity to meet a client, have them approved; so that we may begin the process of making appointments of homes that they can afford. Within this process we assist with our knowledge to find that one home that will fit their needs for so many years and allow us to make a few dollars.
While some will think that it is a boring process of showing the home and finding one the client would like to purchase and our CMA that gives them the were withal to make an offer that will keep them in budget but also have the seller smile and say we will accept as it is fair and what we were looking for.
We go on to the next steps of the inspection that not only will the buyer understand items that may have to be done once they take possesion or that we have to ask the seller to repair.
The hard part then is for the buyer to get the acceptance of the bank for a mortgage and that the appraisal is high enough to obtain the mortgage and then be able to sit down with them at a closing and watch the tears of joy when they have been hande the set of keys to their new home.
As we have enjoyed helping the first of what we hope are many we get back on the carouseldoing the many things to find the next client but also keep in touch with those that came before in hopes of referral's or repeat business.
