Folks Like the Videos but....Do They Work?

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Community Partners

We have been putting a lot of effort into making videos. No we were not the Best Picture award at the Oscars instead of LaLa Land!

Is this the future of marketing for my fellow agents? The cost and the time are minimal to put the videos together and...we have about a 30% hit rate when we send them out. That does not include pasting the videos on social media.

Folks like them, enjoy them, but....Do they work?

What do you think?

Randy and Sue, I have been doing more videos, and a testimonial - a couple of weeks ago I had some hit one of them and call me.  They were out of state, came in for 1 1/2 days and we are now under contract.  It does work.

I get compliments all the time on my videos. It's so much more personal than just a picture & conveys much more about who the person is & what they're like. I think videos are invaluable & they do work.

Randy and Sue - I am sure video can be more effective than photos, but I would think they have to be done right.
