We're wrapping up the first phase of our website development, part of which includes an area for residential investors to research & analyze property. In the next phase, we'll be adding a web-based version of the performance analysis tools that we created for our own use....in short:
inputs: income & fixed expense details, acquisition costs, projected vacancy, maintenance, and management costs
outputs: cap rate, GRM, cash-on-cash return, monthly cash flow, aggregate cash flow + appreciation + amortization profits over time, etc.
1st: Does this sound like something that may be of use to you investors?
2nd: What type of features would you like to see?
3rd: What other analysis tools would be of added benefit?
Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
