The spring like weather in most of February apparently pushed buyers to buy early and single detached homes sold one per day in 2017 - only 1 more than in February 2016 which had 27 sales vs. 28 for 2017.
Currently there are 83 active listings, 11 new listings, 5 price improvements/changes, and only 1 reactivated listing. We have almost as many homes under contract as available with 75 homes under contract. Already in March we have 14 homes that are pending and should close sometime in March!
We currently have 1.7 months supply of used homes compared to 2016's 2.1 months supply. Hopefully, more listings will become available in the next couple of months as the traditional spring market gets underway so buyers will have more options.
