Niche marketing has been a buzzword in Real Estate for quite a while now. However, it has recently taken a turn from buzzword/trend to a way of life for many Real Estate companies. For companies looking to beat syndicates, they have to go local- they have to go “niche”.
Although niche marketing was already a strategy for the Gerardi Group @ Coldwell Banker Town and Country, having the right tools to execute on that strategy has been a challenge- until now. They recently chose the Buying Buddy IDX CRM Suite (MBB) to take their online presence and marketing to the next level. The Gerardi Group knows that future success is dependent on providing the same features and services as big syndicates, but with a local flavor and feel.
Before MBB, The Gerardi Group was on Top Producer®. Unfortunately, it was too cumbersome for daily use and found that they had better success using Act!™ as their daily CRM tool. Sam Gerardi, owner and Broker at the Gerardi Group, knew there was a better way, and declared 2016 the year he would figure it out and make a change. So he began the search. After looking at IDX Broker, Realty Back Office and others he selected the MBB application.

As of today, The Gerardi Group has fully implemented the Buying Buddy IDX CRM system. The company does not have a regular IT person on staff, so they needed a system that was simple to implement and easy to use. The MBB system did just that, and in the end, they relied on Gerardi to connect the system to their website through the easy use of widgets. The Gerardi Group is excited to be on the right path now to meet their marketing goals. Gerardi is working on rounding out the site with more specific landing pages that will increase conversion and their SEO. “We are using specialty pages to rank for our long-term SEO goals which will ultimately give us better leads and help decrease our advertising spend,” said Gerardi. Once these things are up and running they will be able to buy more specific keywords and really zero in on their target audiences.
