Cedaredge Estates sits on the northeast side of town just inside the city limits. People like this neighborhood because of the low traffic and quiet nature of the area. One side of the subdivision is bordered by Surface Creek and another side is bordered by pasture land. The lots on the creek side are fairly wooded. The lots near the pasture have nice views. Access to the neighborhood is from East Main Street.
There have been some changes since last month's real estate report on Cedaredge Estates and the homes for sale there.
There are two active listings and one home that is pending a sale. The pending sale is a small three bedroom home priced at $127,500.
Prices for the active listings are $199,900 and $215,000.
One home has sold in the last month. It's a larger four bedroom home. It sold for $191,650.
Buyer activity has remained high throughout the winter months and I believe we will see it increase as we head into the spring and summer months. If you are thinking of selling your Cedaredge Estates home, or any home in Cedaredge, now is a great time to get it on the market.
