This has been an unusual winter with warmer temperatures and a high level of interest from buyers. I too believe it will be a very active spring and summer that is if we can have a good amount of inventory.

Good Morning, Good to hear you are steady on the bpo front. My once reliable source is the one that slashed their fees so i have not been taking any for less. A tough spot as if i take even 1 for less, it sets a precedent. I have countered all and not got all meaning someone is taking them for less. It has freed up time to do other things and i have increased orders i was not taking form a couple of other AM companies but not sure how bpos will go Debbie Laity . My reo listings are up which is good
