While you won't see a lot of townhomes and condominiums on the market in and around the Cedaredge area, there are some options out there. This type of housing has never caught on around here, and not a lot of condos or townhomes were built. The highest concentration of townhomes is on the Cedaredge golf course. These are newer units near the clubhouse.
Right now there is one townhome on the market. It's on the northwest side of Cedaredge and priced at $85,000.- So far this year one townhome sold. It was a golf course unit and it sold for $180,000.

Unless you are absolutely set on buying a condominium or townhome, you might also want to consider a two bedroom home. These homes tend toward the smaller side and can be a great condominium or townhome alternative.
