Debbie, I susoect toiwnhomes and condo's are not a large segment of your market but if someone wanted to buy or sell one you are the person for them to call and use your expertise. 

Debbie I was wondering if you had many townhomes or condos in your area! You offered some really good alternatives if the right townhome isn't available. When I lived close to Vail it was the opposite there - a lot of townhomes and condos and I lived in one for quite a few years and loved it.

We have a ton of condos here and are the affordable option most often. Got a new REO today, but occupied. Only had 2 bpos. We hit 56 today much better than 18 on Sat and 8 on Sunday. But cold coming back for Saturday Debbie Laity

We have more townhomes than condos here, similar to your market. I need to write some market reports :(

I don't think of your area as having condos but of course you do. I see the mountains and think log homes and cabins.
