Being in real estate is a tough business.
Sure, many think we stick a sign up in the yard, we snap a few photos, we just place a home in the MLS and we magically get paid thousands of dollars.
And to the outsider, I can see where they might think our job is so simple.
But the day to day grind of finding business, competing for listings, making ourselves available at all hours, and happily answering the phone at 9pm can be somewhat underwhelming.
But not all days are like this.
There are a few really good days...like when we get the listing signed, or someone sends us a really great referral, and of course...The closing.
I am sure we can all agree, it is pretty customary to give gifts, and there are two main reasons for it.
The first is obvious, we want people to thank our clients and leave them feeling good about being in business with us.
The second is more selfish...
