The Three Little Pigs and WIND

Real Estate Agent with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services 40CA1147997

Yesterday the Rochester, New York area received a blast from Mother Nature and running havoc with our homes and electricity. Since about 4pm over 130,000 have been without power with winds not only knocking trees over but poles actually breaking in half and knocking others over.

On the way to the office today required knowing the back streets to get from one area to another and a 10 minute drive becake almost 30.

Oh and as to the three pigs it is all I could think of being a real estate agent.

Yup! We had the winds too Raymond E. Camp but lucky for us there was no ice to cause the power poles to snap. However I was up on the roof reparing my downed antenna (see my post from yesterday).

We had some winds last week locally too.  Seems one of my trees got a neighbor's shed.  Of course if he didn't violate regulations and build it too close to the property line that wouldn't have happened.  But I am getting some trees and limbs trimmed so it doesn't happen again.

Compared to what you described our winds have been mild.  It is definitely helpful to know the back roads.  We often use them traversing around town.  A

Good morning Raymond.  The storms hit us last night, lots of rain and hail.  I haven't been outside today because it is still dark out.
