This neighborhood sits between Delta and Cedaredge. It has wonderful buyer appeal. That's due to the nice mountain views and the well made ranch style homes.
We don't typically see a lot of turnover in this neighborhood, because it's a place that people love to call home. The location makes it easy to commute to Delta or Cedaredge.
Last month there weren't any homes on the market in the Del Ray neighborhood. A new listing came on the market and is already under contract. The house is listed at $239,900.
So far this year no homes have sold. Last year three homes sold with an average sales price of $209,000. The median sales price was $210,000. - This neighborhood has seen prices really go up in the last two years. It could very well be on track to see home prices go up again this year. Delta County is like a lot of other real estate markets in that it is experiencing low listing inventory. Homes like the ones in Del Ray are very popular with buyers. Now is a great time to list your Eckert and Cedaredge area home due to the low inventory.
