Del Rey sounds likes a pretty desirable community, for a number of reasons, and it's easy to see why people would want to move there, but once they are there may be reluctant to leave. If anyone IS interested in buying or selling there, you are clearly the right person to help them make the right decisions.

Debbie, it is hard to buy or sell home sin the Estates as there is ni inventory. I hope all is good with you.
