The number of properties in this calculation is 41 with prices ranging from $93,500 to $699,900.
Current Active Listings:
The Current Actives are 123 with prices ranging from $38,844 to $4,495,000.
Average DOM Sold:
The Average DOM (Days On Market) Sold in February 2017 went up slightlty from 51 to 66 compared to january 2017. Prices range from $93,500 to $699,900.
The average DOM sold decreased by 7% compared to February 2016 numbers.
Numbers Sold:
The Number of units sold was 41, up from 36 last month.
