San Diego weather has now turned from cold and wet to a warm and bright Springtime, just in time to move the clock ahead an hour this weekend. In anticipation, I wanted to share a beautiful red rose that I came upon a couple years ago about this same time of year in the Balboa Park Rose Garden.
To me, nothing says Springtime like a new rose bloom!

Roses have a special place in my life. When i was undergoing cancer treatment in Houston I was at the Rose garden in Hermann Park almost daily. My wife and I would walk our poodles daily and the roses always lifted my spirits and attitude is almost important when you are ill. I head to Houstong for my 8 year check up next Thursday and guess what, I will go to the rose garden.

Hi All!
I am heading out to a Birthday Party . A young couple that I helped buy a new home a couple years ago are celebrating their first child's 1 Year Birthday.
