Thanks to another Active Rain Challenge we were asked to identify three Brands that we respect and how they relate to our business as Realtors. Thank you Ron and Alexandra Seigel for such a thought provoking challenge.
As a Beverly Hills Realtor, my goals and objectives are providing the ultimate in client service. I always want my clients to be assured and aware that I am looking out for their best interests and my fiduciary responsibility is geared to achieving their goals, dreams, wants and needs. I do this by providing fast, efficient and knowledgeable advice to all my clients. I am passionate about client service, a perfectionist and I will not stop until my client gets what they want.
The three name brands I trust and that represent my value system as a Beverly Hills Realtor are Lexus, Bose and Berkshire Hathaway.
If you have ever visited Beverly Hills and vicinity you cannot help but notice that every Luxury Vehicle you have ever heard of or seen in the movies or in luxury magazines can be found on the streets of Beverly Hills. We have them all here in plain sight every day either parked or sitting in our world-famous traffic jams.
In 2003 I decided that I wanted a reliable, luxury vehicle that would represent my image as a successful, trustworthy and reliable Realtor. It also had to be a functional transportation vehicle for my signs as well as my clients. Keep in mind in 2003 we still had clients ride with us to look at properties. Today, we still ride with International Clients who are considering to purchase properties in Beverly Hills. As well as Relocation clients, not just from all over the Globe, but even from the United States as well.
With that said after I did all my research, I test drove most of the Luxury vehicles and the answer became clear to me. Lexus was the brand I found most reliable and comfortable for my needs; with that I bought the Lexus RX 330. It represented luxury and reliability yet not being ostentatious. It projected a bit of frugality while still being luxurious and showing success.
If you recall the Lexus was obsessed with attention to detail and their slogan was “The Relentless Pursuit of Perfection”. Fourteen years later I am still driving a Lexus, now an RX 350 because their reliability remains and their quality improved. I have heard that Lexus changed their slogan to “The Passionate Pursuit of Perfection” either way it is in line with my goals and standards.
Bose Corporation, founded by an MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) graduate Amar Bose. When you say Surround Sound, The Wave and Noise Cancelling Headphones, the name Bose comes to mind. Bose focused on the fundamental weakness of the Luxury Sound Speakers and carved out a niche market just as I did when I relocated from Boston to Los Angeles and established myself as the Land Specialist. There was a void to be filled, since not too many agents in the greater Los Angeles area wanted to bother learning about land not alone try to sell them. Hence, I carved out my place in the greater Los Angeles area as the go to person for land. Just as Bose did, I achieved this by extensive research, learning and establishing myself as the Land Man in the greater Los Angeles area where not only principals but agents from the community come to me for advice and refer land buyers and sellers to me.
As most of you who know me are aware that I am Beverly Hills Realtor and am affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeService of California. We are a Berkshire Hathaway company. The company has averaged an annual growth of 19.7 % for the last 49 years, compared to the S & P 500 which only average 9.8% growth for the same period with the least amount of debt. This achievement is all due to Warren Buffet, the billionaire from Omaha Nebraska. Fortune Magazine named Berkshire Hathaway the third most admired and trusted company name for reliability of all the name brands.
I am incredibly honored to be part of this Name Brand. In case you are wondering, the only two above this list was Google & Apple. My motto and slogan for the past twenty plus years has been “For All Your Real Estate Needs!” No property or client is too small or too big for me and I provide you with the same quality service. Hence all you have to do is look at my listing inventory: my least expensive listing is $49,000.00 and my most expensive listing is $21,500,000.
