Scripps Ranch in the 92131 Zip Code is a wonderful community in North County Inland San Diego. Scripps Ranch is located north of Tierrasanta, west of Santee, south of Poway and east of Mira Mesa and the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. Scripps Ranch has a variety of real estate including condos, large and small homes. Some of the properties here are older and some are newer master planned community homes.
