WHEN THE OTHER BROKER WILL NOT RESPOND KEEP MOVING FORWARD
Many of you know that I work in Phoenix Property Management. We continue to acquire new accounts because of various marketing efforts. I recently signed up new investors from California. He was informing me that his property manager was a one man show and was hard to get a hold of him at times. It would take days to return calls. He was asking me advice. All I could do was tell him how I do business and that I work for the owner.
He liked that I was accessible via phone, text or Email. I responded quickly. I was able to meet him at one of his properties. He informed me that he is a busy professional and does not have time to babysit. I said perfect we will get along just fine. He signed the property management agreement that day.
He informed his old property manager to work with me to have a smooth transition. He has not returned one of my phone calls to this day. However, that did not stop me. I personally went to one of his rentals to introduce myself as the new property manager. The tenants were very thankful. The other investment property was vacant. So, I had the locks drilled and changed two days later. I sent over a bid to owner to make unit rent ready. Boom! It is being worked on this weekend so we can start marketing the property for rent.
It is always easier to clean up after someone else when it comes to Phoenix Property Management. The owner is happy that he can go back to his busy life and that his assets are being managed properly.
