The Truth Is....

I'm not much of a blog man. But I do like to say what's on my mind..

The Truth Is..I like what i do. I'm tired of listening to Real Estate "people" say how hard the business is. Of course it's hard. that's why we're professionals!! Can you design a building? Not if you didn't have an engineering background. So what makes you qualified to finance or sell/list a home? Hard work, dedication and perseverance. Don't forget a little thing called a positive attitude!

 The Truth Is.. There's a credit crunch. Yup, now only qualified people can get a loan that is meant to be paid back on time. I could really go on forever here, but I will stop right there.

 The Truth Is.. Now is a good time to buy a house. I agree. That's why I am out there with a positive attitude and a loud drum to proclaim this fact to anyone willing to listen!

 The Truth Is..We all need each other. Realtors need lenders, lenders need title people, attorneys need Realtors, Lenders need appraisers, Lenders need Realtors; Realtors need home inspectors, and the list goes on and on.  Let's all stop pretending that we're "happy" with what we have. We all need to be open to new ideas, new ways of doing things, and by adding new partners, we open up our minds to new ideas.

The Truth Is..Many people will leave the business soon. Of course they will. The market simply cannot sustain the amount of people who hace come into the business. The strong will survive and the weak will find other avenues of income.
