There might be a good reason the price is so low on a nice oceanfront house you saw on the internet.

The nice interior pictures of a home listed in the MLS may not tell the whole story of why a price seems low for a home at the coast......Call me, perhaps I can be of help, to narrow down your search!

Good morning Barbara. I hardly ever read about listings but the title got me. There is always a reason.

Tanya, I agree! Houses with geological issues not easy to show, or sell. A preview of the oceanfront inventory can save valuable time for my buyer clients, especially those who are out of state and might spend money on a plane ticket, only to be disappointed when they see the reality of why the price is so low.
