So happy you're having such a great start to 2017 Tammy! Positivity is contagious & it's obviously infecting your client in the best of ways 

Tammy - That is great news, and glad that a change in attitude has led to so much success.

We have written cultural statements and written core vlaues whihc we practice and expect others to practice also. We also have a one strike policy for people who are chronically negative.

You don't have to necessarily have a positive tude just don't have a negative one

With the right attitude, we can accomplish anything in life.  The sky's the limit.

Well done on your results so far. As we saw with Barbara Todaro consistency is the key. Staying positive consistently even when nothing seems to be happening ends up creating the results you want in the end.

I just re-listened to Buffini & Company's interview with  Shad Helmstetter,  author of the book: What To Say When You Talk To Yourself.

As Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor, CRS said above, that is my favorite book that I read every day (sometimes more). Fill that mind with great positive stuff.

Hello Tammy: I guess one would say I am positive personified. I have no trouble saying what most people view as positively outrageous because I believe it and it's true. I don't go out of my way to be positive, it comes to me naturally, simply by eliminating negative thoughts. It's a great place to be, always finding that silver lining and capitalizing on it. Sounds like you've figured that out, congratulations!!

Back that up with execution and it's a foregone conclusion.  Good for you.

I'm working on this both internally and with my Coach. I really beat myself up, and right now, when we are supposed to be in the middle of a "crushing it" market, I've got nothing in the works. Nothing. But I'm working to be positive.

I've got an outdoor space called Serenity Pond. It's "dead" right now with alge growing in the pond, no plants and no fish. I'm going to work on it this weekend as I feel the energy from this special place in my life will work its way into my business as well.

Positive Mental Attitude

Awesome atitude! You have to be positive in this industry to keep you up when you are down. Positivity goes a long way! 

Tammy this post is wonderful evidence of the power of a positive attitude. Positive attitude and working effectively generates success.

I am with you 100% on the positive attitude--not only in work but in everyday life. I try very hard to emphasize this with my teen daughter, who can often complain about the silliest things! The older I get , the more positive I become.

Great podcast!!!  I am going to start  today.   Working with a client this afternoon.

FAN-tastic post~!  I do think that how and what you think and perceive becomes your projected personality and "aura" if you will.  Some people have that electricity about them that is so attractive to others and while some people have it naturally but others must cultivate it with self-reminders.  For me whenever I get a negative thought going I say outloud to myself "NO" and then I think about the most positive thing I can about the situation at hand to throw the doubts out of my mind.  I remind myself to give people some leash to do the right thing vs. making assumptions.  I also have a large multi-tiered bird feeder, stocked daily, right outside my office floor to ceiling window, and I find the playfulness and sweet chirping of the birds it attracts brings positive energy and lightness to my day.  My cats love it too~! 

What a great way to do life.  I read "As a Man Thinketh" in highschool and it made an impact.  You just reminded me to keep it up.

Great job Tammy!  I hear you.  That was my last year's production.  A lot of it had to do with my spinal fusion surgery.  It's depressing recovering like that!  I've made up my mind to do the same thing and YES it does result in more sales.  You go girl!  Let's touch base again in a couple of months and challenge each other :)
