Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - March 19-25, 2017

Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY between March 19th and 25th, 2017. As I mentioned in my previous report, Spring is definitely in bloom! There were five new listings added to inventory this week. Important to note, though, the total number of homes on the market decreased from 94 to 91 during the same time period. So inventory remains low for the area.

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

578 Lakes Road, MLS #4710860, listed at $239,000. This two-story home comes complete with a private dock on Walton Lake and year-round views of the same. Walton Lake is stocked with trout (3,300 8.5-9.5" and 350 12-15" fish are expected to be supplied in April 2017). Only electric motors or muscle-powered boats are allowed. The home includes three bedrooms and two full baths in about 1,600 square feet. With hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and new kitchen appliances, this is definitely a home to consider!

92 Lois Lane, MLS #4711723, listed at $264,900. This ~1,500 square foot town house in the Pine Ridge development has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The community has tennis and basketball courts and a swimming pool. Hardwood floors, an updated kitchen with granite counters, new appliances and tile floors, a one car garage and driveway, make this a "must see!"

8 Sutherland Drive, MLS #4711975, listed at $309,000. This four bedroom, two bath bi-level/raised ranch in Windgate Woods has ~1,900 square feet. There are hardwood floors, a one car garage, updated kitchen with granite counters, and a rear deck with retractable awning. This home is close to shopping and the village of Monroe.

16 Margaret Road, MLS #4711717, listed at $329,000. This large ranch style home has three bedrooms, three and a half baths in ~2,700 square feet of living space. The home utilizes solar to keep electric costs low. There is a master suite with Brazilian cherry floors and view of the stream and backyard. a formal dining room, sunken family room with dramatic ceiling, hardwood floors and plenty of sunshine. Close to two acres of property and access to Balder Lake makes this property unique.

63 Summit Street, MLS #4711998, listed at $369,900. This listing is located in the village of Monroe, close to the Heritage rail trail, goose ponds, and everything else the village has to offer. The capecod style home has three bedrooms and three and a half baths in ~2,500 square feet, with a master bedroom and bath on the first floor. There are hardwood floors, an updated kitchen with maple cabinets, Corian-style counters and energy star appliances, a large living room with fireplace, two car garage and more.
