Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY between March 19th and 25th, 2017. As I mentioned in my previous report, Spring is definitely in bloom! There were five new listings added to inventory this week. Important to note, though, the total number of homes on the market decreased from 94 to 91 during the same time period. So inventory remains low for the area.
The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:
578 Lakes Road, MLS #4710860, listed at $239,000. This two-story home comes complete with a private dock on Walton Lake and year-round views of the same. 8 Sutherland Drive, MLS #4711975, listed at $309,000. This four bedroom, two bath bi-level/raised ranch in Windgate Woods has ~1,900 square feet. There are hardwood floors, a one car garage, updated kitchen with granite counters, and a rear deck with retractable awning. This home is close to shopping and the village of Monroe.
