Development activities are underway with water, sewer and storm pipes going in the ground in different areas of the community. This work will continue for the next several months.
Ocean Ridge's Flagship Oak Tree in the center of 1.5 acre lake will great visitors as they enter the community.
The community will have re-use irrigation lines that will be the last pipes to go in the ground. Electric lines will be installed roughly at the beginning of the second quarter of this year and the Developer is projected to pave the streets late May.
