I WILL NOT STEAL YOUR CLIENTS PHOENIX PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Many of you know that I own my Phoenix Property Management company. I got into property management for the following two reasons see below

1. 2008 market shifted so I repositioned myself into Phoenix Property Management
2. I got tired of other Phoenix Property Management companies stealing my investors

So, I have been doing Phoenix Property Management for the last nine years and counting. Some of my business comes from other real estate agents because they know I will not take their real estate investors. I have it in writing.

I work with a major commercial real estate agent here in Phoenix. I do all of their property management because I do an excellent job and I will never steal their clients. My word is my bond. So, I was invited to tag along on Saturday for new real estate investors looking to purchase multifamily.

We visited five different multifamily complexes that morning. I was able to gain their trust over the course of three hours. They said they will use me once they have purchased a multifamily. Then, I had an opportunity to do the same thing Friday night. I met another agent who had buyers looking at three fourplexes to purchase. I was heavily recommended to her. The first thing I told her was “I will not steal your clients from you.” She said that was a relief. We work too hard to obtain our clients.
