I can relate to this quote because I am action oriented person myself. I know personally nothing is going to get done if I do not take ACTION. Nobody else is going to do the work for me. I see too many people talk a good game in life. They will tell everyone their big plans and they are still in the same place one year later. I have learned people will not take you seriously unless they see progress in ones life. Do you agree?

I have learned that real estate is a team sport. I met another agent this Friday about property management. I informed her that I would not steal her clients. Her exact words were the following "There is enough for everyone if we all just work together." I told her we will get along just fine.
