Worship at 7:00 PM with Communion

 

Good Friday - April 14th

Crosswalk at 5:00 PM

Worship at 7:00PM

 

Easter Sunday - April 16th

6:30 AM Sunrise Easter Celebration Worship

8:15 AM Easter Celebration with Communion

9:30 AM Easter Celebration Service

11:00 AM Contemporary Easter Praise  & Worship

 

Easter Breakfast 7:30 - 11:00 AM served by OSLC youth.

I agree Nick & Trudy Vandekar , the Sun Rise service is a tradition in the Timm family as far back as I can remember.

I hope you are as lucky with your call as we were 30 years ago. Our pastor was very young so we still hope to get about 10 more years out of him. Pastor Paul's obedience to God is why out congregation has grown from about 20 to over 500 members.

Thanks, Bob, for the invitation... unfortunately, the distance between Minot and Charlotte is a bit much for me to take advantage. I've always loved Holy Week, myself.

Good morning, Bob... now that would be an interesting exercise, Bob... to figure out how to write off a trip to Minot for Holy Week as a business expense! In NYC I attended the Church of the Heavenly Rest on Fifth Avenue and they always had a 3-hour service at noon on Good Friday (in addition to all the rest) that I loved attending. Very powerful service done in the dark with lots of quiet. I have yet to find one here in Charlotte that does it. The Episcopalian churches did this a lot in NYC, but I don't see them doing it here unfortunately.

That's very interesting Nina Hollander , everyone could use some silence to meditate and give thanks. I have been attending all the midweek services of lent so that's were I will be this evening. I have a lot to give thanks for including your friendship.
