These Three Brands Have my Loyalty and Trust
What every successful business wants is loyalty from its customers. Brands that can endear a long-term trust with their customers can take financial gains to the bank for doing so. Loyal customers buy more, buy often, and love to act as the company's brand ambassadors. They are also a great source to provide the necessary review and feedback required so much in this social media age.
1. Prius - My strongest brand loyalty
Yes, Prius. My 4 cylinder economical hatchback 5 doors built by Toyota. I love driving around town showing my possession and pride of this hybrid vehicle. I bought this car because of its low smog emission and because it gives me over 51 mpg. I take pride in doing my part on saving the earth from smog and pollution. With all the miles that I drive around showing, previewing and looking for that special dream house for my clients, a fuel efficient gasoline car became essential. I was able to locate the reliability, dependability and earth friendly vehicle in my Prius. My loyalty switched over from Honda when the expected and predicted mpg turned out to be even better than promised. What is best about this little car is the fact that it requires minimal maintenance. Even the brake system is minimal due to its regenerative braking system. I am now on schedule to possessing 3 Prius cars once Prius Premier becomes more readily available.
2. Amazon Prime
I am now a loyal and trusted customer of Amazon Prime. I started utilizing and buying online using Amazon.com many years ago. When I first started using the online services, customers could use this service and not pay sales taxes. Did I think why not? It especially became useful during the holiday months as I detest crowded stores and traffic jams. As I became a regular shopper online, I realized many price discounts were also provided that one could not obtain from a regular retail store. Soon Amazon Prime became a necessity as I made more and more frequent purchases. Why wouldn't I want to have my products delivered and received within a 2 day period? My loyalty became ingrained when Amazon was able to keep the promise of their delivery deadline. I have purchased things as small as color printer toner, books, socks as well as motorized wheelchairs. Yes, they were all delivered as promised, sometimes on Sunday evenings. What made me a loyal customer is that Amazon allowed me to test out their services on a month to month basis and did not force their services upon me by requesting a full year commitment. Once tested, I was hooked.
3. Bissell SC carpet cleaner
You are probably wondering what is a Bissell SC carpet cleaner. It was firstly introduced to the public in the late 80's. I purchased my one and only in the early 90's. Why am I still raving about this little carpet cleaner? Well, it lasted over 10 years of tumultuous use as I had 3 young, energetic kids and a minimum of 2 four-legged friends around the house. I used this at my personal residence and some of my managed investment properties. Miles of usage is truly an understatement. The only thing that I had to replace 3 times throughout its possession was the water hose. No issue whatsoever with any other parts or motor. I am a loyal fan and customer for life toward any product that has performed its usage beyond its recommended performance. It is like the battery bunny commercial that keeps on going and going. I finally had to retire the machine once they came out with the newer upright version. But nothing compares or even comes close to its original ancestry.
As you can see from my blog, my loyalty lies with companies that are earth friendly, dependable, and can deliver on its promises. The three products above have my loyalty and trust as a consumer.
