I am often asked if Open Houses work? My answer is "yes" IF the Open House is effectively leveraged for greatest impact.
The way I see it, if I am asking the sellers to vacate their home for 3 hours on a weekend afternoon, I'd sure as heck better do my job in maximizing the potential for the Open House to be a success in drawing potential buyers to their home.
Preparation and follow up are central to success. Without them you are wasting your sellers' time and your own.
