Montgomery County, Maryland Police Cadet Program 

 

The Montgomery County Police Department, in partnership with Montgomery College, is now offering paid positions in the Montgomery County Police Cadet Program. The application process of the program is now open and will remain open until April 10, 2017.

"The Cadet Program has been established to provide any qualified individual who is interested in becoming a police officer with the Montgomery County Police Department, first-hand experiences in law enforcement.

Cadets participating in the traditional Cadet program receive a hourly rate of  $15.50 per hour (work 20 hours per week)."

We have a similar program but I can't remember what it is called. It is good for the community and the citizenship.
