I received the following message from a Realtor recently:
"Awesome to work with you. So nice to have someone that is serious about their job. Thank you. So refreshing to work with someone that isn't a cut throat or a shark."
I paused and thought about those words...
The real estate profession is a 'people business' - and life is just sweeter when we all play nicely and treat each other with the utmost respect. The ultimate goal is to assist our client to buy or sell a home. All involved parties can best achieve that goal by working together in an amicable fashion. 
Looking for the best in others and walking into each transaction with grace and the highest level of integrity offers each person the opportunity to share their gifts and allow the flow of synergy.
Perhaps we need each other more than some like to admit...and isn't life just a whole lot brighter when we appreciate the light from one another's candle?
