Closed Sales

16021 SW 87 Ave closed on 3/31/2017.  This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home had $125,000 worth of upgrades including a brand new roof, Chicago brick driveway, new kitchen, porcelain tiles through out and a resurfaced pool.  The 2,187 square feet home sits on a 15,600 square feet lot.  The home has been on and off the market since August of 2015.  This most recent EWM listing came on the market in early January for $549,000.  The sale price on March 31 was $520,000 (95% of the original list price).  The sale price per square foot is $237.77.

7995 SW 145 St closed on 3/30/2017.  This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home was built in 1968 and has 2,985 square feet.  Very close to Coral Reef park, the home has newly installed impact windows, a new rood, and a resurfaced pool.  Originally listed for $619,000 on 10/29/2016 this property sold for $580,000 after 102 days on the market.  The sale price per square foot is $194.30.

14200 Farmer Road closed on 3/30/2017 .  This 7 bedroom 7.5 bathroom Palmetto Bay walled estate boasts 2 acres of land with a tennis court, basketball court and resort-style pool.  Originally built in 1982, and rebuilt in 2005, the home has impact doors and windows, 2 fireplaces, an office, game room, and outdoor bar.  The 10,136 square foot home originally listed last February for $3,250,000.  The close sale price was $2,100,000.  The sale price per square foot is $207.18.

7800 SW 164 Street closed on 3/29/2017.  This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with 2,551 square feet was built in 1970.  The home sits on a large 20,020 square feet lot.  Originally listed on 7/28/2016 for $509,000, the home sold for $429,000.  The sale price per square foot is $168.17.

14870 SW 76 Court closed on 3/24/2017.  This 4 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom home has a large back yard and high ceilings.  Sitting on a 15,023 square foot lot, the home was originally listed in June of 2016 for $699,000.  It sold for $600,000.  The sale price per square foot is $209.50.
