Michael Jacobs brings us some good fun - and some great quotes in this April Fool's Day post.
I'm one of those souls who always wishes I'd think up something funny to pull on someone today - but never do.
Meanwhile, all you have to do to prove Benjamin Franklin correct is turn on the TV news... Lots and lots of fools doing exactly as he said... They need to give it a break and get on with doing something constructive.

Some Random Thoughts on This First Day Of April
Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain - and most fools do.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit.
There's no point in being a damn fool about it.
W. C. Fields
Never let a fool kiss you, or a kiss fool you.
I wonder sometimes if manufacturers of foolproof items
keep a fool or two on their payroll to test things.
Even a fool knows you can't touch the stars,
but it won't keep the wise from trying.
When it comes to April Fool’s Day, I don’t usually participate in pranks although two years ago, I did have some fun on ActiveRain with a post you can read here if you like. I enjoyed reading the comments and I think the idea expressed in my post remains valid but likely not easy to administer. I’m also not one who is looking to add to anyone’s workload.
Now onto a subject that has nothing in particular with the day but kinda ties in with this post title, I’d like to share this from a series of commercials that K-Mart aired a few years ago...I know it’s silly but I got nuthin’ else today....enjoy the day...no foolin’.
