News Flash ~ Winter follows Spring in Santa Fe New Mexico on April 1st, 2017. Much to the surprise of lilacs, jonquils, tulips, cherry blossoms, daffodils, lizards, rabbits and ground squirrels; rain turned into snow as the blue sky disappeared for most of the day. This could be another reason why Santa Fe is named the "City Different" in more than real estate. The good news is the blue sky and sun returned this morning on April 2nd to melt the snow!

The snow is already melted from the trees outside my window. It sounds like the real spring is flirting with Ginny Gorman too! At the same time it has not stopped our spring selling season.
That's a beautiful photo, even if it is on a cruel April Fool's joke. We had that happen a number of times when we lived in New England. Hope your spring weather improves soon!
Spring has had a false start in Sacramento too. However, we did manage two consecutive days of sunshine this weekend. Hopefully, more good days than bad will be in our future.
I love this post! The photo is beautiful but what a crazy April Fools joke played on the people of Santa Fe! I'm glad to hear the snow didn't last long enough to cause damage to your beautiful spring landscape.
