Serendipity Sunday : First Rose Of The Season!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

www.luxuryrealestatemarketing.com We cut our roses back in December annually.  It gives them a chance to go dormant and strengthen their roots and branches.  Yesterday, we noticed our first rose opening. It is just as special as the last one that will bloom later on this year.

"A single rose can be my garden...a single friend, my world."  Leo Buscaglia

"There is nothing more difficult for a truly creative painter than to paint a rose, because before he can do so he has to first forget all the roses that were ever painted."

Henri Matisse

"One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living.  We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon instead of enjoying the roses that are blooming outside our windows today."  Dale Carnegie

Happy Sunday!

Many luxury real estate marketing professionals tout their customer service as different and better than their competition. Yet, in the realm of luxury real estate brokerage or any other specialty in real estate, it is rare to find customer service that is truly remarkable. If you want your customers to fall in love with your brand, your service must be consistently brilliant and full of surprises so that it sparks word-of-mouth advertising.

We have knockout roses in our backyard as they tend to do well there...the first winter the landscaper cut them back so much I was just horrified...LOL...well, they came back in full force.  No buds yet, but the leaves are finally coming out;  hard to believe in just a few weeks, we'll be seeing blooms again.

Susan Haughton  I learned from those who compete in rose shows that this is the way to get beautiful roses.  And than they last a long time in one's garden and don't need to be replaced.  I have come to see that as an art form, because the idea is to creat a vase shape where the air can blow through and keep the pest away.  Even during the season, I am always cleaning out the intersecting branches.  A

Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert we are fans of both the Spurs and the Warriors, and thank you for the reminder.  This was a good game to watch and we are looking forward to next Saturday's game versus the Clippers--not fans of this team.  Wishing you a great week.  A

Will Hamm like real estate roses are cut back with the season.  I would do it in Colorado before the first snowfall is expected, and you are doing just fine.  December is perfect for Southern and Central California's Coastal region.  A

Those are three of my favorite quotes! You have a beautiful first rose. My roses have been growing since the end of January and the bushes are lush and full! I cut back the weekend of Thanksgiving. I can't image living without roses!
