Bozeman is finally picking up for real estate! There were 162 homes listed, which is up quite a bit from the 117 in January and the 110 in February. The number of homes sold also increased from 63 in February to 85 in March and we expect it will continue to go up for April. For the first time this year the average price of condos was LESS THAN the average price of Townhomes! Now is the time to purchase a condo!
