As a marketer and business development specialist, I am always intrigued when strategic and creative ideas are leveraged for the betterment of our industry. In the vendor space specifically, when companies merge and partner together to offer a better solution to their mutual cients like when Ben Kinney brought the Brivity Platform (IDX Websites, Valuation Sites, Text services, CRM, CMA, Market Report etc) into existence. The betterment of the industry and definitely ease of use for the end user.
A recent comment on one of my post also urged me to write this piece as they, a non-RE agent, told me of all the ways they use text messaging in their business, and that I should position my next piece for that audience. So here it goes...
