How to organize your real estate business is one of the most daunting tasks a real estate agent faces. It doesn't matter if you are brand new to the real estate industry or a long time veteran, putting real estate systems in place proves challenging. So I am here to answer the question so many of us have repeatedly asked, "How the @%*#!  Do I Get Organized?

I am going to shock and wow you....are you ready? The answer is so simple! The answer is to keep it SIMPLE! We keep trying to over complicate things. We are constantly in search of a flawless technological, cloud based super system to end our woes. We want the end all be all system of all systems. Am I right?!

Well here is goes...go back to the easy, simple, basic form! You don't need an elaborate computer software program. Why have we been shelling out hundreds if not thousands of our ridiculously hard earned money on all of these crazy quick fix products?

I am sure you are panicking right about now. I am sure you are saying to yourself, "What is she talking about?! Is she @%*#!  crazy?" Bare with me. You don't have to go back to the manila file folder and over sized metal cabinet. You can use an easy, simple, basic form on your computer, tablet or smartphone. It works just the same. Why do we keep trying to get away the basics? Not EVERYTHING needs fixing.

The best news about these easy, simple, basic real estate forms is you don't even have to try and figure out how to create them. It's all done for you. So you can spend a few bucks and get back to the basics of uncomplicated organization.

RichAgent Success: Tools for Successful Real Estate Agents has done all of the hard work for you. You can go to their online shop and instantly download every form you could possibly need to run a successful real estate business. No muss no fuss. You can cherry pick the perfect forms for your business like the Open House Sign in Sheet or Buyer Contact Form or you can download RichAgent's Real Estate Success Package for under $15 and have immediate access to 15 forms. Every form has the ability to be personalized with your company logo and headshot quickly and easily (no computer skills necessary). You can even...dare I say it...print the forms out and use paper copies of them (don't worry I won't tell anyone).

So go! What are you waiting for? Put the systems in place in a matter of minutes and move on to the more important tasks like, how to convince your buyer client they cannot ask for the sellers dog in the contract.  ;)
