Hot Market Strategies - An ActiveRain Contest
The market is hot all over the country. Homes are selling so fast that buyers have to get in line to see properties and to get their offers submitted. Multiple offers are the norm in many markets. Even getting preapproved and ready to write an offer doesn't guarantee the buyer will successful.
But there are tricks of trade that help give your clients an edge and help stack the deck in their favor. We know there are no guarantees but what if we could help each other by sharing some tips, therefore helping our clients get their offers accepted?
That's why we are turning to the wise ones, those of you in the trenches that know how it is done and how to prevail. What a wonderful reservoir of knowledge resides here in ActiveRain. You ActiveRain members are the wise ones and have the battle scars and bruises to prove it. Your ideas will be a great resource for new agents and those who have not experiences a highly competitive market.
Here's the challenge: Share 3 strategies, tips or ideas that increase the chances your offers are noticed and accepted. Get creative and don't be afraid to share a little secret or two. We are kindred spirits and have shared before. This will help all of us.
Those that choose to participate by writing a post of at least 300 words with the 3 strategies will receive 1200 contest points. This challenge will have some bonus points for the best new strategies that are shared. The 3 posts entries with very out of the box ideas, most creative suggestions will receive an additional 1000 points each.
