There is no income documentation required, and no debt service ratio requirement.  We can finance up to 75% of the value of the property, regardless of purchase price.  On purchases, there are no seasoning requirements on the down payment funds.  The loan is fully amortized over 30 years, and closing times are fairly quick.

While most of our hard money loan programs have no credit requirements, this specialized program does require a minimum credit score of 650.
