I need an agent that will provide the seller with information via email on their qualifications and how they market homes. Her husband is terminally ill and she doesn't want a lot of interactions at the moment. She will be selling there and moving to the Raleigh/Durham area where I will help her out. 
She will need a 20% discount on the selling fee and I will get a 5% referral fee.
