Good morning, Joan --- while not a large number, there are certain condo complexes in our area that have had a history of deliquency issues, short sales/foreclosures and large assessments --- it's best to know about these issues upfront as they may limit financing options.  Good for you in finding the right buyer for this Cottonwood Villas unit in Westminster.  Here's to a smooth closing.

Michael, it could be a problem with most lenders for a non-warrantable condo, as financing for non-owner occupied buyers is pricey!
