I started to post about Grantsville listings awhile back. Thought I would provide some current homes for sale for anyone just starting looking at homes in that community.
I got sidetracked, and a couple of weeks later when I returned to the task, I found that all of those houses were either sold or under contract.
I guess I could start over, but instead I have decided that this might be a teachable moment.
The lesson is “if you snooze you lose”. Property in Tooele County is moving so fast that if you don’t get out in the marketplace with a good idea of what you want, what you are willing to pay and a pre qualification letter in hand, the home that fits your needs will be fulfilling someone elses dreams.

So…. I’m going to keep these listings the way they were to demonstrate the sense of urgency you need to have if you are a serious home buyer.
