The Law of Least Effort

How often do we as humans strive for perfection, force our efforts or even perspectives onto others. Take a cue from nature as she moves at her own rhythm. Letting go of worry and assumption based thoughts that peer too far into the future allows your mind to rest. Give yourself permission to step back and enjoy life. This is one of the keys to manifesting an overall positive balanced lifestyle. I personally find more abundance is attracted to me when I am not seeking it out forcefully and just allow.

In coaching baseball, I  ask the players to "worry about what you can control". Don't worry about what you can't control; focus on the process, not the results.
