Burlingame real estate market trends look unchanged from early March 2017. The flattened prices of 2016 have continued into 2017 so far. Personally I am seeing increased competition among buyers. The recent increases in mortgage rates seems to have made people who were sitting on the fence decide to take action. In general I expect flatter prices and fewer sales for the last half of 2017.
