Campbell real estate market trends show a slight price increase since early March 2017. This actually matches my impression of Silicon Valley as a whole. The recent mortgage rate increases seem to have triggered more buyers to quit sitting on the fence. I expect flatter prices later in the year. With stable employment in Silicon Valley I don't think many sellers will drop prices yet the price increases over the last 5 years have been greater than salary growth.
